Commercial Energy Ratings Ltd. was set up in 2009 by Engineeers, Architects and Property Professionals with decades of experience in Land Mapping, Architecture, Engineering and Energy.

The initial focus of the company was on BER Certification and in 2011 when the requirement for land registry compliant mapping was introduced by the Property Registration Authority our engineers and architectural technicians were best placed to provide this additional service. Since 2011 we have developed key expertise in all aspects of Land Registry compliant mapping and undertake assignments from the most basic house maps, to multi storey apartment maps and the most complex of commercial property mapping.

We produce on average 600 maps per year and consequently because of the resources at our disposal, we are able to produce maps in a speedy and accurate fashion. We can also faciltate next day turnaround in certain circumstances.

Our clients range from property vendors, Estate agents, solicitors and receivers. We pride ourselves on the level of service and attention to detail that we provide to all our customers.
